I've always considered myself artistic, but wasn't sure what to do with this skill before I learned about UX back in 2013. I used to want to be an art teacher until I worked as one at an afterschool art program when I was in college. Teaching children requires a bottomless well of patience and I have no idea how teachers do it.
Lately, I've started drawing on my iPad using ProCreate and an Apple Pencil. For traditional mediums, though, I mostly use a combination of micron pens, copic or prismacolor markers, and color pencils. On some rare occasions, I also like to play around with oil pastels.
